2. Our Products

All Crossbar Empire garments are made to order and tailored to the measurements you provide. Because each piece is produced specifically for you:

• Production typically takes 7–10 working days before dispatch.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements (bust, waist, hips and any other details we request).
• Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of fabric.

3. Orders & Acceptance

You may place an order through our website or via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we have received the required payment (or agreed deposit) and acknowledged it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where we cannot fulfil the requested measurements, or where we suspect fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners, including Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• For made-to-order pieces, full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines, costs, and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are custom-made to your measurements, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds. These are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, text, and the Crossbar Empire name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Crossbar Empire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to interfere with the operation or security of our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossbar Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
